On Saturday, we had a get together planned with some friends from church, but was unable to find someone to watch the kids. I offered to stay home, but hubby said I should go because he knew how much I had been looking forward to stamping with the ladies. :o) Isn't he sweet! We had a nice time stamping, eating, and chatting. I made a couple of thank you cards, but mainly stamped pages of stamps to use in cards at a later time using my friend's stamps. :o) I have a hard time making cards unless I have an actual person in mind. It's so great to have godly friends to share time with!

Fun with Friends
On Saturday, we had a get together planned with some friends from church, but was unable to find someone to watch the kids. Talk about absent minded! I was zipping through my usual blogs I check every day and when I got to yours, my first thought was, "those stamps look familiar!".
Sigh. I blame it on a combination of baby, snoring (not mine) and a mind that would not stop.
I read that if you sew a pocket on the back of the offending snorer's pajamas and put a tennis ball in it, when the turn over onto their back, they will get uncomfortable and turn back over on their side. :o) Generally a "gentle" shove works for the resident snorer in my house. :o)
Do you think he'd notice if I did that?? :~)
Nah, if he complains, you can tell him there is always plan B--the dog house--you could probably even borrow the pugs to keep him warm.:o)
We sure did have fun!!! We'll have to do it again.
my CAT actually snores....small dainty lady-like snores...it's extremely cute!
