Yummy Cheese Bread

Pizza Crust:
1 pkg. (1/4 oz) active dry yeast
1 cup warm water (110-115)
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 3/4 to 3 1/4 c. flour (I usually use whole wheat pastry flour or 1/2 all purpose and 1/2 whole wheat)
2 garlic cloves minced (optional)
1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Add oil, salt, sugar, garlic, and 2 cups flour.
2. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.
3. Turn onto floured surface; knead until elastic and smooth (about 6-8 min.).
4. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and place in a warm place for 10 minutes.
5. Place dough on a floured surface. Roll out to a 13 inch. circle. Place in pizza pan.
6. Cook in 350 oven for 10 minutes.
Topping ingredients:
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1 cup (or more depending on how cheesy you want it) mozzarella/cheddar cheese
*These are approximate, I don't actually measure, I just "eye ball" it.
Melt butter and spread over cheese bread. Sprinkle rest of ingredients over top. Cook in 350 oven for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
