How to keep eggs from cracking while you boil them
Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to the water. This works really well. I'm told it will also keep a poached egg compact in the water instead of spreading out. I haven't tried the vinegar with poached eggs as I never cook them.

I'll have to give this a try. My eggs don't usually crack when I boil them but every now and then I get super fragile eggs sometimes and end up with a mess *L* Thanks for the tip!
