Quicker Grilling

I don't know about you all, but my hubby is the grill king in our family.  I think he would be very offended if I touched the grill.  Last night we had planned to grill boneless ribs.  I didn't have anything else set out and he ended up at the vet (check up only--Duke is healthy) longer than planned.  I already had potatoes in the oven, so I put the ribs in a casserole dish with lid and threw some marinade over them and let them cook at 350 for about 30 minutes, then he transferred them to the grill when it was ready.  They cooked much faster and we were able to eat much sooner.  They were tender and quite yummy!
